SNEAKERS MARKET MAE,  which owns The Athlete'''s Foot stores,  informs the visitor/registered user and the visitor/registered user acknowledges that he/she is aware of the following:

1. General

Natural persons who visit the website  www.theathletesfoot.gr  (users) can navigate its pages and make use of its services and content either as simple visitors or as registered users and the processing of their personal data due to this access is subject to this policy. For some individual services (such as sports advice, answers to product questions, etc.) the more specific terms of processing personal data that are mentioned when ordering the service apply in addition. 

The company with the name SNEAKERS MARKET MAE, is the controller of the personal data of the visitor/registered user and controls the processing of his/her data on the electronic service pages of  www.theathletesfoot.gr .  The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679), Law 4624/2019 and the Greek legislation in force at any time for the protection of personal data, as well as for the protection of personal data and privacy in the field of electronic communications (Law 3471/2006, as applicable) and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority (PDPA).

For the processing of your data as described below, SNEAKERS MARKET MAE relies on the following legal bases: 

Execution of a contract  (article 6.1.b GDPR): In order to achieve the purpose of executing the distance sales contract or to take measures at the user's request before concluding a contract, and, in particular, to enable the user to complete his orders on  www.theathletesfoot.gr,  it is necessary to process the personal data provided by him during registration and entry of his order in the order entry form and to record and monitor his transactions. The purpose of this basic data processing is for each user, the completion of the specific order, the communication and sending of information messages regarding the stages of the order processing, the provision of clarifications related to the order and generally the analysis and information on purchases made, the delivery of the order to the place of his choice, the confirmation and identification of him in any necessary case and the information on the existing stock at  www.theathletesfoot.gr  per product and store. Also, the facilitation of registered users by creating a user account with completed billing and shipping data, information about his purchases, management of his communication with SNEAKERS MARKET MAE.

Legitimate interests  (article 6.1.f GDPR): Some form of processing of personal data is necessary to improve the services of SNEAKERS MARKET MAE, to detect attempted fraud or misuse, to cooperate with judicial and regulatory authorities. Also for the regular information of the visitor and/or the registered user via telephone communication, mail, e-mail, mobile phone message (SMS) or any other appropriate means of communication on his/her contact details, which were legally obtained, in the context of the use of  www.theathletesfoot.gr , about the products and services of SNEAKERS MARKET MAE in the context of their transactional relationship (article 11 par. 3 of Law 3471/2006) and provided that the user does not object to this communication. This information may include information about its products and/or offers and/or competitions, communication to conduct research to improve the products and services provided to its users as well as other promotional activities and serving similar purposes. Also, SNEAKERS MARKET MAE may communicate with the visitor and/or registered user through messaging services such as Viber, WhatsApp, etc., for reasons of better communication and cost control. Finally, SNEAKERS MARKET MAE considers that its legitimate interests include the appearance and promotion of itself and its stores, as well as its products and services on social media and other social media services, also giving the opportunity to other users of these networks to participate in promotional activities as well as to declare that they like (“like”) our page and post comments about our products.

Legal obligation  (article 6.1.c GDPR): some user data is retained to comply with legal obligations of SNEAKERS MARKET MAE, such as for tax and accounting purposes. 

Consent - consent:  The completion of the visitor's or registered user's  email address in the special field of the website www.theathletesfoot.gr  constitutes a positive act of consent for the receipt of informational / promotional messages.  

1.2 Processing and type of personal data – Rights of visitors/registered users  

a) Processing of Personal Data:  SNEAKERS MARKET MAE,  which owns The Athlete''''s Foot stores,  will process the user's personal data in the event of an online purchase as declared by the user when creating his account and/or in his order in the data entry form, in order to complete his specific order through the online store. Each user of the online store  www.theathletesfoot.gr  has the option to choose 2 ways to complete an online order and declare his personal data:

 1. As a simple visitor: In this case, his personal data will be retained in the files of SNEAKERS MARKET MAE for ninety (90) days from the delivery or completion of his specific order and their processing will concern exclusively the execution of the distance selling contract. However, the data proving the completion of the transaction will be retained for tax reasons (invoicing document) and his contact data will be used by SNEAKERS MARKET MAE for commercial communication purposes, unless the user has declared that he does not wish such communication. 

 2. As a registered user of the online store: In this case, the registered user has created a user account in our online store  www.theathletesfoot.gr and his personal data will be kept in the files of SNEAKERS MARKET MAE until he requests their deletion. Once a year, SNEAKERS MARKET MAE will ask the registered user to confirm the accuracy of the data it maintains and to update them if there are any changes. The registered user can change or correct his data at any time by logging into his account at www.theathletesfoot.gr (login), with his username and password. 

b) Type of Personal Data and Purpose of Processing 

Specifically, the personal data that each user must provide (whether purchasing as a guest or as a registered user) in order to carry out any transaction through the online store ( www.theathletesfoot.gr ) of SNEAKERS MARKET MAE and to place product orders are as follows: 

• his full name 
• η διεύθυνση αποστολής των προϊόντων
• η διεύθυνση χρέωσης της παραγγελίας (σε περίπτωση που είναι διαφορετική από την διεύθυνση αποστολής)
• τα πλήρη στοιχεία τιμολόγησης, όπως Επωνυμία, Επάγγελμα, Δ.Ο.Υ και Α.Φ.Μ (σε περίπτωση που έχει επιλεγεί έκδοση τιμολογίου)
• ο αριθμός κινητού και σταθερού τηλεφώνου επικοινωνίας
• η ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση (e-mail) του.

Επιπλέον των ανωτέρω η SNEAKERS MARKET MAE στην οποία ανήκουν τα καταστήματα The Athlete''''s Foot, συλλέγει και αποθηκεύει επίσης τα ακόλουθα προσωπικά δεδομένα μόνο για τους εγγεγραμμένους χρήστες: 

• ιστορικό παραγγελιών  
• ημερομηνία τελευταίας εισόδου στον λογαριασμό  
• προϊόντα που βρίσκονται στο καλάθι ή την λίστα αγαπημένων 
• συμμετοχή σε προωθητικές ενέργειες

Σε περίπτωση που ζητηθεί να γίνει παράδοση προϊόντων ή υπηρεσιών σε τρίτο πρόσωπο εκτός από τον επισκέπτη ή εγγεγραμμένο χρήστη, ο τελευταίος αναγνωρίζει ότι θα έχει την πλήρη ευθύνη για την ενημέρωση και την πλήρη συναίνεση του προσώπου, που ορίζει ως παραλήπτη, για την κοινοποίηση των προσωπικών του δεδομένων στην εταιρεία SNEAKERS MARKET MAE στην οποία ανήκουν τα καταστήματα The Athlete''''s Foot,  για το σκοπό και μόνο της παράδοσης σε αυτό, των σχετικών προϊόντων και αναλαμβάνει πλήρως την ευθύνη, για τυχόν αξιώσεις του προσώπου αυτού έναντι της SNEAKERS MARKET MAE. 

Τα στοιχεία της πιστωτικής κάρτας που χρησιμοποιεί ο επισκέπτης ή ο εγγεγραμμένος χρήστης δεν αποθηκεύονται σε αποθηκευτικά μέσα της SNEAKERS MARKET MAE κατά τη διάρκεια της συναλλαγής αλλά καταχωρούνται απευθείας σε ασφαλές περιβάλλον της συνεργαζόμενης εταιρείας, που έχει αναλάβει τη δρομολόγηση των καρτών. 

O επισκέπτης αλλά και ο εγγεγραμμένος χρήστης ενημερώνεται επίσης ότι για την επικοινωνία της SNEAKERS MARKET MAE με αυτόν, στο πλαίσιο του άρθρου 11 παρ. 3 του ν. 3471/2006, επεξεργάζεται τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας που αυτός έχει δηλώσει. Επίσης, ότι, όταν αποστέλλονται μέσω SMS/viber/email κλπ. στον εγγεγραμμένο χρήστη ενημερώσεις για αλλαγές των όρων χρήσης του www.theathletesfoot.gr με υπερσύνδεσμο (link), είναι δυνατό να καταγράφεται η IP διεύθυνση της ηλεκτρονικής του συσκευής (κινητό, tablet, υπολογιστής κλπ.) για την απόδειξη ότι o εγγεγραμμένος χρήστης έχει λάβει την ενημέρωση. 

Σκοπός της βασικής επεξεργασίας των δεδομένων είναι η εκτέλεση της σύμβασης και η ολοκλήρωση της συγκεκριμένης παραγγελίας, η επικοινωνία με τον επισκέπτη / εγγεγραμμένο χρήστη και η αποστολή πληροφοριακών μηνυμάτων που αφορούν τα στάδια της διεκπεραίωσης της παραγγελίας, η παροχή διευκρινίσεων σχετικών με την παραγγελία και γενικώς οι πληροφορίες για αγορές που έχει πραγματοποιήσει, η παράδοση της παραγγελίας στο χώρο επιλογής του επισκέπτη / εγγεγραμμένου χρήστη, η επιβεβαίωση και ταυτοποίηση του σε κάθε αναγκαία περίπτωση και η ενημέρωση για το υπάρχον απόθεμα στο www.theathletesfoot.gr. Ο επισκέπτης / εγγεγραμμένος χρήστης ενημερώνεται ότι η  παροχή των ως άνω υποχρεωτικών προσωπικών του δεδομένων καθώς και τα στοιχεία των συναλλαγών του είναι απαραίτητα και αποτελούν προαπαιτούμενο, για την ορθή εκτέλεση της σύμβασης παραγγελίας και παράδοσης των προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών. Για το λόγο αυτό δεν απαιτείται η συγκατάθεση του για την συγκεκριμένη αυτή επεξεργασία.

Κάθε επισκέπτης / εγγεγραμμένος χρήστης που χρησιμοποιεί  το www.theathletesfoot.gr ενημερώνεται ότι τα προσωπικά του δεδομένα που αφορούν την λήψη, εκτέλεση και παράδοση παραγγελίας καθώς και ερωτήματα σχετικά με αγορές, προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες της SNEAKERS MARKET MAE  και τις παραγγελίες στο www.theathletesfoot.gr, θα τυγχάνουν επεξεργασίας για το σκοπό της εξυπηρέτησης των χρηστών - πελατών τόσο από τους αρμόδιους υπαλλήλους της SNEAKERS MARKET MAE    όσο και από τους τρίτους αποδέκτες ή / και εκτελούντες την επεξεργασία για λογαριασμό της, στο πλαίσιο της εκτέλεσης μίας παραγγελίας. Οι τρίτοι αυτοί αποδέκτες είναι μεταφορικές εταιρείες, εταιρείες ατομικών ή ομαδικών αποστολών, πάροχοι υπηρεσιών διαδικτύου και ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου και τηλεφωνικά κέντρα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, με τους οποίους συνεργάζεται η SNEAKERS MARKET MAE    και οι οποίοι υπόκεινται στους ειδικούς αυστηρούς όρους επεξεργασίας προσωπικών δεδομένων που έχουν συμφωνήσει με την SNEAKERS MARKET MAE,    ως Υπεύθυνο Επεξεργασίας. H SNEAKERS MARKET MAE  στην οποία ανήκουν τα καταστήματα The Athlete''''s Foot, απαιτεί από τους υπαλλήλους της, τους συντηρητές της ιστοσελίδας της, καθώς και τους τρίτους συνεργάτες της να λαμβάνουν όλα τα αναγκαία τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα (συμπεριλαμβανομένων των κατάλληλων πολιτικών και διαδικασιών ώστε να αποτρέπουν την αποκάλυψη των προσωπικών δεδομένων των επισκεπτών / εγγεγραμμένων χρηστών - πελατών της που επεξεργάζονται και διαθέτουν και εφαρμόζουν διαδικασίες διαχείρισης και επεξεργασίας των προσωπικών δεδομένων, κατά τρόπο που είναι σύννομος και τα προστατεύουν σύμφωνα με τον ΓΚΠΔ.

Ουδεμία άλλη επεξεργασία ή διαβίβαση των δεδομένων των επισκεπτών / εγγεγραμμένων χρηστών θα γίνεται από την SNEAKERS MARKET MAE  και το ηλεκτρονικό της κατάστημα (www.theathletesfoot.gr) εκτός αν υπάρχει προηγούμενη πλήρης ενημέρωση τους και λήψη της συναίνεσης τους, όπου απαιτείται. 

γ) Αποδέκτες Δεδομένων:  Για τα δεδομένα που είναι αναγκαία για την εξυπηρέτηση καθενός από τους ανωτέρω σκοπούς επεξεργασίας και στο πλαίσιο των αρμοδιοτήτων κάθε αποδέκτη, οι αποδέκτες των δεδομένων του επισκέπτη/εγγεγραμμένου χρήστη είναι ή δύνανται να είναι:

i. Οι αρμόδιοι υπάλληλοι της SNEAKERS MARKET MAE στην οποία ανήκουν τα καταστήματα The Athlete''''s Foot.

ii. Οι φορολογικές αρχές και οι τραπεζικές αρχές σε περίπτωση σχετικού ελέγχου.

iii. Η εταιρεία η οποία παρέχει σήμερα υπηρεσίες CRM και επεξεργάζεται τα δεδομένα των εγγεγραμμένων χρηστών-πελατών ως εκτελών την επεξεργασία για λογαριασμό της SNEAKERS MARKET MAE , σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες και τις εντολές της SNEAKERS MARKET MAE ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη εταιρεία παρέχει στο μέλλον στην SNEAKERS MARKET MAE  τις ίδιες υπηρεσίες σε αντικατάσταση ή σε συνεργασία της ως άνω εταιρείας. 

iv. Εξωτερικοί συνεργάτες που παρέχουν υπηρεσίες διαδικτύου, αποθήκευση και διαχείριση παραγγελιών, υπηρεσίες τηλεφωνικού κέντρου, υπηρεσίας (ταχυ)μεταφοράς ή ομαδικής αποστολής προϊόντων, υπηρεσίες εγκατάστασης προϊόντων και υπηρεσίες ανάλυσης δεδομένων πωλήσεων,  στους οποίους διαβιβάζονται με αυστηρούς περιορισμούς και διαδικασίες τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία για την εκπλήρωση των καθηκόντων τους. Αυτές οι εταιρείες χρησιμοποιούν τα δεδομένα που τους παρέχονται βάσει των όρων χρήσης του www.theathletesfoot.gr αποκλειστικά σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της SNEAKERS MARKET MAE  .

δ) Δικαιώματα  υποκειμένου δεδομένων: Κάθε επισκέπτης/εγγεγραμμένος χρήστης ως υποκείμενο δεδομένων, δύναται να ασκήσει οιαδήποτε στιγμή τα δικαιώματα του, όπως αυτά προβλέπονται στον Γενικό Κανονισμό Προστασίας Προσωπικών Δεδομένων 679/2016 Ε.Ε. και ιδίως τα άρθρα 12 έως 23 αυτού και την εθνική νομοθεσία και ειδικότερα:

i) το δικαίωμα στην ενημέρωση και την πρόσβαση στα δεδομένα που επεξεργάζεται η SNEAKERS MARKET MAE στην οποία ανήκουν τα καταστήματα The Athlete''''s Foot

ii) το δικαίωμα στον περιορισμό της επεξεργασίας των δεδομένων του,

iii) το δικαίωμα διόρθωσης ή διαγραφής μέρους ή του συνόλου (δικαίωμα στη λήθη) των προσωπικών του δεδομένων,

iv) το δικαίωμα αντίταξης, δηλαδή να προβάλλει αντιρρήσεις στην επεξεργασία των προσωπικών του δεδομένων, και

v) το δικαίωμα στη φορητότητα των δεδομένων του.

Την άσκηση των ως άνω δικαιωμάτων του κάθε επισκέπτης / εγγεγραμμένος χρήστης μπορεί να την κάνει:

• υποβάλλοντας σχετικό αίτημα στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση eshop@theathletesfoot.gr
• υποβάλλοντας σχετικό αίτημα στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση DPO@theathletesfoot.gr .

Επιπλέον οι εγγεγραμμένοι χρήστες:  

Για το  δικαίωμα πρόσβασης και διόρθωσης / συμπλήρωσης των προσωπικών δεδομένων, η εταιρεία παρέχει τη δυνατότητα στους εγγεγραμμένους χρήστες του www.theathletesfoot.gr να δουν, διορθώσουν/συμπληρώσουν τα προσωπικά τους δεδομένα μέσα από τον προσωπικό τους λογαριασμό στο www.theathletesfoot.gr στην ενότητα «Στοιχεία λογαριασμού» και «Διευθύνσεις Αποστολής».

Για το δικαίωμα φορητότητας των προσωπικών δεδομένων, η εταιρεία παρέχει τη δυνατότητα στους εγγεγραμμένους χρήστες να λάβουν τα προσωπικά τους δεδομένα ή/και να τα διαβιβάσουν σε άλλο υπεύθυνο επεξεργασίας, υποβάλλοντας γραπτή αίτηση στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση DPO@theathletesfoot.gr ή eshop@theathletesfoot.gr .

Κάθε εγγεγραμμένος χρήστης ενημερώνεται ότι έχει δικαίωμα να άρει την συγκατάθεση του, για οιαδήποτε επεξεργασία των δεδομένων του έχει δώσει την συγκατάθεσή του στο www.theathletesfoot.gr,  από τον προσωπικό του λογαριασμό στο www.theathletesfoot.gr στην ενότητα «Ρυθμίσεις Προσωπικών Δεδομένων» ή με την αποστολή ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας στο eshop@theathletesfoot.gr

Σε περίπτωση άσκησης ενός εκ των άνω αναφερόμενων δικαιωμάτων του εγγεγραμμένου χρήστη η SNEAKERS MARKET MAE  θα λάβει κάθε δυνατό μέτρο για την ικανοποίηση του αιτήματος εντός (1) ενός μηνός από την υποβολή του. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση o εγγεγραμμένος χρήστης ενημερώνεται ότι τα ελάχιστα αναγκαία από τα προσωπικά δεδομένα του θα διατηρούνται, για τη διασφάλιση των έννομων συμφερόντων της εταιρείας. 

ε) Χρόνος Διατήρησης Προσωπικών Δεδομένων: Τα δεδομένα του επισκέπτη του www.theathletesfoot.gr θα διατηρεί και επεξεργάζεται η SNEAKERS MARKET MAE στην οποία ανήκουν τα καταστήματα The Athlete''''s Foot, μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση της συγκεκριμένης παραγγελίας του, εκτός από όσα δεδομένα είναι απαραίτητο να διατηρηθούν για φορολογικούς σκοπούς. 

The data of the registered user of  www.theathletesfoot.gr   will be retained and processed by SNEAKERS MARKET MAE until he requests the deletion of his account or, for all processing of his data based on his consent, until he declares the withdrawal of his consent for the purposes of providing the services of SNEAKERS MARKET MAE. However, some necessary personal data concerning his transactional relations with SNEAKERS MARKET MAE as well as the information, consent and withdrawal of the member's consent for the processing of his data will remain as information for the registered user-client in order to ensure the proof of the legality of the processing of his data by SNEAKERS MARKET MAE and the safeguarding of the legal claims of the parties. 

f) Special Category Data : The member is informed that SNEAKERS MARKET MAE does not collect or require the disclosure of sensitive personal data (special category data) for the needs of  www.theathletesfoot.gr . 

g) Obligation of Transparency : For any other information regarding their data as well as their processing and protection, each data subject may contact the Data Protection Officer of SNEAKERS MARKET MAE at the email  DPO@theathletesfoot.gr   . If, however, they consider that they are not satisfied with the response or in general with the way their data is collected, processed and managed, they are informed that they have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Authority,  www.dpa.gr , Kifissias 1-3, P.C. 115 23, Athens, tel. 210 6475600, email  complaints@dpa.gr ). 

h) Technical and Organizational Protection Measures:  SNEAKERS MARKET MAE, its processors and its subcontractors/fulfillment assistants are contractually obligated to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to, as far as possible, better protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or loss, alteration, unlawful disclosure or access to them and generally their unlawful processing (including remote access) as well as to ensure the possibility of restoring the availability and access to them. These measures aim to ensure a level of security that corresponds to the risk that the specific data may run, always taking into account the type and criticality of the data, the development of technology, the cost of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of each specific processing, while implementing procedures for the regular testing, assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness of these technical and organizational measures. In any case, SNEAKERS MARKET MAE, its processors and its agents/fulfillment assistants, are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and not to disclose or allow access to them to any third party without prior notification of the data subject, except in cases expressly provided for by law.

SNEAKERS MARKET MAE declares that no other use of the visitor's / registered user's personal data will be made for purposes other than those mentioned in this policy without prior information and, where required, consent.
